Raw egg with rice is one of the typical rice. Gorobei soy sauce, made in Tokyo, goes very well with TKG.
●Shio-musubi(salted rice ball)
The most basic onigiri with natural sea salt of Ogasawara.
●Pancake
Restaurant chef cooks pancakes in front of you. Enjoy it with homemade jam or red bean butter paste.
